PDF documents
The best way to create an accessible PDF document is to start with an accessible Word or PowerPoint file. Editing an Office file to make it accessible is more user-friendly than trying to create accessibility in an existing PDF file. However, sometimes a non-accessible PDF is all you have to work with. In that case, it is important to check heading tags, alternative text, and reading order in the PDF.
