Reppucci wins first place at Michigan Regional Postdoctoral Symposium

Dr. Christina Reppucci, a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Psychology, won the first place in the talk competition at the 2017 Michigan Regional Postdoctoral Symposium held at Wayne State University on September 22, 2017.

Dr. Reppucci, who is in the Veenema lab, studies the neural basis of social play, a highly rewarding behavior that is most prominent in young animals. She presented her latest finding on the role of the neuropeptide orexin in regulating social play in juvenile male and female rats.
