Mathematics, Science, and Technology at Michigan State University
Summer of 2016, the Neuroscience Program will organize a summer camp as part of the MST@MSU program. The two-week program will cover a wide variety of neuroscience topics, from cell function to anatomy to behavior. You will explore the nervous system of yourself and of other organisms using a techniques that range from simple to sophisticated. You will perform real experiments, including some that require advanced electrophysiological equipment, and keep a lab notebook that details your observations.
MST@MSU is a residential or commuter program for academically talented students who are currently in 7th, 8th, or 9th grade and who are at least 12 years old. The focus is on mathematics, science, and technology, as well as applications in these areas.
